Mike Kubas, PCAM®
Mike has served as a Board Member for ten years and has been in the Property Management Industry for over thirty years, serving as General Manager of large scale communities and as Vice President of a large portfolio management company. As a member of CAI and CACM and having earned the PCAM® and CCAM® designations he firmly supports continuous training and involvement in the Home Owner Association Management industry. Mike believes that this training for his employees is not only an asset, but vital within the organization.
Damon Kubas
Damon has been involved in the Association management industry since the mid 1970's in various roles. Most recently as a General Manager of a private club with more than 250 employees. His expertise runs from staff management to food service to landscape and facilities management.
